AdecSafe is an Australian health, safety, environment and wellbeing consultancy supporting individuals and organisations across Australia and beyond.

We deliver practical advisory, training and capability-building services that integrate psychosocial risk management, research expertise and AI-enabled approaches to strengthen safety culture, manage risk and improve workplace performance.

AdecSafe offers a multi-service model supported by a trusted team and network of professionals, enabling us to provide tailored services across health, safety, environment, wellbeing, research, professional development and related support areas.

Our services include HSE advisory and training, psychosocial risk management, research support, academic editing, skills assessment guidance, digital HSE resources and products, and non-MARA visa readiness resources.

Augusta Nkem Chris-Umoren (PhD), COHSProf, currently has limited availability for direct engagements. However, other members of the AdecSafe team and our trusted collaborators have availability to support clients across our range of services.

Through this collaborative model, AdecSafe delivers tailored, end-to-end solutions designed to meet each client’s unique needs and context.

Founded by Augusta Nkem Chris-Umoren (PhD), CMIOSH, COHSProf, AdecSafe bridges research and practice through extensive experience across construction, refinery, education and community sectors—helping organisations build practical controls, strengthen participation and embed leadership behaviours that keep people safe and well.

    • 1-hour consultation with Augusta is AUD 500.
    • 1-hour consultation with a member of our specialist team is AUD 150.
    • Tutorial goes for AUD 100 for 1 hour
    •  Payment details will be provided, and full payment is required before any service is provided
